Al-Fatihah.

Al-Fatihah buat Allahyarham Mior Ahmad Fuad Mior Badri @ Din Beramboi yang telah meninggal dunia kerana jangkitan najis tikus.

Takziah kepada keluarga Allahyarham.

I would like to highlight few things here.

1. Benda mati jangan buat main.

This refers to a news I read on Bernama saying that Din's family saddened over Facebook posting. People can overreact at times, saying that dia dah meninggal sedangkan he was still fighting for his life at that time.

How would you feel kalau orang cakap mak/ayah kau dah mati sedangkan diorang hidup lagi and post it all over Facebook?

So watch what you post. If you happened to be unsure, wait till you're 200% sure. Like me, now.

2. Kenapa nak 'like' status berkaitan mati?

This, too, refers to Facebook. I read Afdlin Shauki's status which was kept updated on Din's progress.

Mula2 he said Din was ill and please pray for him. Ada 300 orang like that particular status. Fine.

Then Afdlin said Din's internal organs has stop functioning and still begging people to pray for Din. 100sth people liked the status.

Why? Somebody's organs has stopped functioning and you liked it?

Later, Afdlin said Din's progress had improved. 600sth people liked it. Good. That shows you people's concern.

Later at around 0030hrs today Afdlin posted that Din passed away and 2000sth people liked that status.

I seriously don't understand. You would like to leave comments, be the guest. But to like that status, as if, to me, you're liking the fact that that particular person has died.

Allah maha besar. Bila-bila pun Dia boleh tarik nyawa kita. Kadang-kadang sebab tu tak logic pada pandangan mata kasar dan pada pemikiran cetek kita tapi Allah maha mengetahui dan maha kuasa.

My late aunty who used to be so healthy tiba-tiba demam biasa then masuk hospital, pastu tiba-tiba masuk ICU, tiba-tiba diagnosed with blood cancer @ leukemia and subsequently meninggal dunia leaving behind a son and a daughter. And her son yang dulu degil batak taknak dgr cakap mak dia, malas belajar, merayap merempit, buang masa melepak, tiba-tiba lepas mak dia meniggal, tiba-tiba terus changed and now he is becoming a better person than before, alhamdulillah. Banyak tiba-tiba dalam hidup ni, kan?

Arwah atok dulu pun masa 1st Syawal 2008, pagi tu elok je salam2 bagi duit raya, petang tu tiba-tiba sesak nafas and was sent to Hospital Daerah. And later was transferred to Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Seremban and was admitted to ICU. Arwah atok meninggal pagi 3 Syawal. Tiba-tiba dah pergi and sedang orang lain asyik menyambut Aidilfitri kami buat kenduri tahlil arwah.

Life is full of surprises. It's fated.

You'll never know when you'll go and how much deeds can you bring along with you.

You'll never know whether or not you'd have the time to repent.

You'll never know whether you'd be able to seek forgiveness from Allah, from the persons who love you and whom you love.

You'll never know how you'd die.

You'll just never know.

Al-Fatihah buat semua yang telah pulang ke rahmatullah. Semoga roh kalian dicucuri rahmat oleh-Nya dan ditempatkan di kalangan orang2 yang beriman. Amin.
